DESIGN
The drawing and design of TIMES MAMTAZ is prepared by
experienced and well reputed professionals with the use of
latest software and technologies. Architectural design,
structural design, electrical drawing, sanitary drawing etc. is
prepared, revised and will be supervised by a team of reputed
and professional Architects, Engineers and Designers. Structural
design is prepared on the basis of American Concrete Institution
(ACI) code and the project should be constructed on the basis of
Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC). Protection from
Cyclone of up to 200 km ph and earthquake of 6.0 on Richter are
incorporated in the design.
PROJECT
FINANCING
The finance for construction of the project will be from
Developer’s arranged own sources.
COMPLETION
TIME
TIMES MAMTAZ must be completed in due time but extendible if it
becomes necessary on account of Act of God, Natural Calamity,
Strikes, Civil Commotion or any other reason beyond the control
of the company. The project will be handed over on or before
February 2012. |
