 SPECIFICATION OF APARTMENT

FOUNDATION AND UNDERGROUND WORK:

• Sub-soil investment and soil composition will be comprehensive analyzed by latest testing equipment and laboratory techniques.
• Foundation design will be done by as per soil test report.
• Under Ground nearest reservoir will be designed as per with 2 days reserve.
• Termite Ground Water reservoir will be done by proper methods.

SUPER STRUCTURE:
• The building will be a Reinforced Cement Concert (RCC) frame structure.
• Structural designed will be done by a team of reputed structural engineer.
• Wind the Earthquake effects will be consider in structural design as per Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)
• Stone/Picked aggregate will be used in Foundation and Column and Picked (#1) will be used in other structural member

SUPERVISION:
• At least four year experience diploma civil engineer will be appointed as full time site engineer to supervise the construction work.
• In ever stage of construction work monitored by experienced consultant of the firm.

PAINTING AND POLISHING:
• Exterior wall will be weather coat.
• Internal wall will be plastic paint and ceilings in soft colors.
• French polished doorframes and shutters.
• Car parking area will be painted with Distemper.
• Balcony will be painted as per design and company standard.
• Other Grills will be painted with Enamel Paint as per design.
• All kinds of Wooden Works will be polished.

UTILITY:
• Concealed gas and water lines.
• Hot and cold water liners in master toilet and kitchen only.
• Gas pipelines and materials from Titas with adequate safety measures.
• Gas and water Meter for apt.(TITAS,WASA supplied)

• The payment of extra work must be paid in advance. If advance payment is not made within 15 days receiving the information, company will execute the work as per specification.
